- 2006 “Rikard Podhorsky” Annual Award of the Croatian Academy of Engineering;
- 2015 an accolade by the Croatian Microbiological Society in recognition of excellence in research, expertise and education in the area of applied microbiology;
- 2017 silver medal for exposed results at International Exhibition of Innovations, New Ideas, Products and Technologies ARCA and 2007 First Prize of the Association of Polish Innovators at ARCA;
